Safety, Helmets & Age Requirements
• Drivers must adhere to driving on the right side of the road.
• Helmets are mandatory as per legal regulations and are included in the rental price.
• Bike operators must be at least 16 years old.

Insurance
• Third-party insurance is provided for Free.
• Clients are liable for any damages to the bike, including wheels, tires, and rental fees during repair periods.
• Theft or fire damage is not covered, and clients are responsible for any associated costs.

Licensing
• Please review the specific license requirements for each bike category:
• Categories A, B, C & D (50cc-125cc): A or A1
• Categories E & F (150cc-300cc): A

Restrictions
• Prohibited actions include:
• Allowing anyone other than the client(s) who signed the agreement to operate the bike.
• Riding on beaches, rocky terrain, or tracks.
• Carrying more than two individuals on a bike.
• Operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Engaging in racing or reckless driving.
• Taking the bike off the island.
• Violation of term No. 4 will result in immediate bike withdrawal without compensation and may incur a fine of up to 230 Euros.

Late Returns
• Bikes must be returned by the agreed-upon time.
• A fine equivalent to the daily rental fee will be imposed for delays of up to 1 hour.
• Delays exceeding 1 hour may incur a fine of up to 120 Euros.

Jurisdiction
• In the event of disputes, Corfu Courts have jurisdiction over this agreement.

Mileage
• Unlimited mileage is offered.

Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the rental start date.
• Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of 30% of the total rental cost.

Refund Policy
• Once this agreement is signed, refunds are not provided.
