Rental Terms

Motorbike Rental Agreement
Before accepting the motorbike, the Renter acknowledges that they have inspected it and found no defects, except those outlined in this Agreement.

Insurance Coverage
Please refer to our Insurance Policy for details.

Authorized Drivers
Only individuals listed in this Agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle. The motorbike must not be used for:

  • Commercial transportation,
  • Towing other vehicles,
  • Participation in races, speed trials, or contests,
  • Operation by individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
  • Carrying more passengers than the vehicle’s seating capacity allows,
  • Traveling on unpaved roads or off-road terrains,
  • Operation by individuals under 23 years of age or those without a valid driver’s license.

Driver’s License Requirement
The primary driver must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of two years, which must be presented upon receiving the rental motorbike. Failure to provide a valid license may result in the refusal to rent the vehicle or additional charges.

Accepted Driver’s Licenses:

  1. National Driving License:
  • EU Nationals (including Norway, Iceland, United Kingdom, Switzerland & Liechtenstein citizens)

      2. National Driving License (card-type only):

  • Residents of Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Central African Republic, Chile, Costa Rica, Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, Georgia, Ghana, Guyana, Holy See, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Mexico, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Niger, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tajikistan, Thailand, North Macedonia, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Zimbabwe

Vehicle Inspection and Return
The Renter must return the vehicle with all tires, tools, accessories, and equipment to the designated location specified in the Agreement. Any changes to the rental period require lessor approval.

Vehicle Maintenance
The Renter agrees to maintain the vehicle properly, including regular checks of oil, water, and tire pressure, even when the vehicle is not in use.

Repair and Replacement
Repairs or part replacements should ideally be conducted at the nearest authorized dealer. Reimbursement for expenses is subject to presentation of receipts, and replaced parts must be returned with the vehicle. The lessor and its affiliates are not liable for any inconvenience caused by mechanical breakdowns or accidents.

Personal Responsibility
The Renter acknowledges personal responsibility to the lessor for:

  • Rental fees and miscellaneous charges as outlined in the Agreement, including the cost of fuel.
  • Any fines or legal costs incurred due to violations during the rental period.

Exclusions
Insurance coverage does not extend to damage to tires, wheels, or the underside of the vehicle.

Legal Jurisdiction
In the event of disputes, only the Greek Courts will have jurisdiction.

Motorbike Ferrying
Ferrying the vehicle is prohibited without prior written authorization from our company. An additional fee of €120 applies for written authorization and insurance coverage for travel outside the island.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the rental start time. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 30% charge of the total rental cost.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the rental period.
